Company's presentation:<\/strong> Expert in the mediation of all types of insurance, both in the life and non-life branches, aimed at the segments of individuals and companies, through professional and independent management and personalized treatment, with the aim of managing the insurance portfolio of its clients, facilitating direct contact with the main Insurers.<\/p>\n What encouraged you to undertake?<\/strong><\/p>\n After 36 years of working as an employee in a large company in the financial system and after a 3-year hiatus during which I was considering my future, observing that at my age I had been left out of the labor market, I decided that I had the experience and enthusiasm necessary to undertake my own project, so I completed the training required to obtain the official title of University Expert in Insurance and passed the exam to achieve qualification as an insurance mediator.<\/p>\n What qualities do you think an entrepreneur should have?<\/strong><\/p>\n In the first place, you must have an attractive project and be convinced that it can be carried out, always based on extensive knowledge of the business and with a desire for continuous training and information. In addition, it is necessary to have a great illusion to face it, taking into account that it is essential to know the difficulties that are going to arise and despite this, not to give up in the effort with tenacity and patience. Finally, I think it is essential to know how to listen to those who can contribute something to the project and have a broad and long-term vision.<\/p>\n What is the biggest obstacle you have encountered when starting a business? And the biggest help?<\/strong><\/p>\n The biggest obstacle has been not knowing everything I know now beforehand, since at first I was going around looking for everything I needed to start my project and on occasion I was tempted to give up, since I saw everything as very complicated and obtained information faded and unclear. However, I found the greatest help when I had access to the Villaverde Business Incubator, where I am currently staying in one of its professional offices, since from that moment and thanks to the help that its management team gave me, everything was easier and faster. .<\/p>\n What does having your business project in a business incubator bring you?<\/strong><\/p>\n In addition to the invaluable collaboration of the nursery management team, it gives me the feeling of not walking alone during the initial journey of my project and although it is an activity that I develop individually, the truth is that they accompany me and encourage me every day to keep going as if you were part of a team.<\/p>\n Do you think that specific training in entrepreneurship is important to start a business?<\/strong><\/p>\n It is not that it seems important to me, but rather I think it is essential, especially for those entrepreneurs who are unaware of public support in terms of training and information to start any type of company and that on many occasions are little publicized, so they are very Few entrepreneurs have access to them.<\/p>\n How would you assess the climate that exists in Madrid for entrepreneurship?<\/strong><\/p>\n I think it is improving, although I also think there is a long way to go, so I hope that public administrations are aware of the importance that supporting entrepreneurs will have in the future of the labor market due to the profound changes that are taking place in it, giving way to a greater share of self-employed workers and small businesses that try to grow by contributing new ideas and ways of understanding the businesses and the services they provide.<\/p>\n
