background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: italic; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">decid\u00ed dejar mi trabajo y formarme en Estados Unidos en una metodolog\u00eda pionera en recursos humanos, \u2018The Human Element\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: lato; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Ten\u00e9is que pensar que vuestras empresas tienen 3 funciones principales: la parte de burocracia\/administraci\u00f3n, la parte productiva y las ventas\u201d, por lo que \u201csi no est\u00e1s produciendo, el resto del tiempo debemos estar vendiendo, si no conseguimos vender nuestra empresa morir\u00e1<\/span><span style=\"font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: lato; font-size: 12pt;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que algo que les funcion\u00f3 muy bien es llegar a un acuerdo con una empresa grande de formaci\u00f3n: \u201c<span style=\"color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: italic; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">firmar un acuerdo con ellos nos permiti\u00f3 llegar a m\u00e1s clientes y empresas de mayor tama\u00f1o<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: lato; font-size: 12pt;\">Asimismo, nos explic\u00f3 que \u201c<span style=\"color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: italic; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">una de las acciones en las que nos equivocamos es vender al p\u00fablico sin hacer una inversi\u00f3n grande en redes sociales y marketing<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;
