The business incubators of\u00a0Carabanchel, Moratalaz, Puente de Vallecas, San Blas, Vic\u00e1lvaro and Villaverde,\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0combine the use of\u00a0offices\u00a0<\/span>with advice on business management and the provision of common services<\/strong> to cover the basic needs of new companies during the first years of their life, through the payment of a public price<\/strong>\u00a0approved by the plenary session of the Madrid City Council.\u00a0Authorizations for the use of offices are granted for a\u00a0<\/span>period of four years.<\/span><\/p>
