The Moratalaz business incubator has 13 offices for enterprising people. It covers an area of 825.90 m² distributed in three floors:

• Ground floor: hall.
• First floor: management and administration, 6 offices to undertake, meeting room and multipurpose room.
• Second floor: 7 offices to undertake.
