On November 23rd, at the Palacio de Cibeles in Madrid, the IV Investment Forum Madrid Emprende, bringing together a multitude of investors who have witnessed the investment proposals of the 10 Business finalists.
The objective of this Investment Forum is for the companies in the Madrid Emprende incubator network to come into contact with private investors who support the growth and development of their companies. This contact has also been possible with investors who have followed the forum electronically.
The business incubators of the Madrid City Council offer entrepreneurship support services in offices to startup with a lot of potential. 10 companies have been selected that have shared a brief presentation, have explained the value proposition of their startup and the investment opportunity it offers, as well as what the financing round they are looking to close will be used for.

The event was inaugurated by Ms. Begoña Villacís, Deputy Mayor of the Madrid City Council, who was accompanied by Mr. Ángel Niño, Councilor for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Madrid City Council, Mr. Fernando Herrero, General Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the City Council from Madrid, Mr. Miquel Costa, president in Spain of Keiretsu Forum and Mr. Fernando Monroy, president of Keiretsu Forum Madrid.
Villacís assured that with this forum "we are promoting the link between entrepreneurs and those who are willing to invest", highlighting the risk assumed by those who undertake. “I don't want a city of heroes but of the brave, so the Madrid City Council wants to help them so that they can make their projects possible,” said the deputy mayor.
For his part, Mr. Ángel Niño stated that "for us this forum is very important to learn about the potential of startups from our incubators to change the technology of the Spanish ecosystem", while Fernando Herrero highlighted that "Madrid has become a benchmark for entrepreneurs.
At the end, investors and entrepreneurs have been able to meet and talk with the aim of forming synergies within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
