Training is the best ally for those who want to be successful in their business. Yesterday, an orientation session was organized at Madrid International Lab aimed at women entrepreneurs in emerging economic sectors, where guidelines were offered on how to make the most of the possibilities offered by the Madrid environment. In addition, the characteristic skills of women entrepreneurs were analyzed.
The session was directed by Isabel Martínez, from the Incyde Foundation, and the aim was to convey how networking is created from an empirical point of view, as well as to show in a practical way that creativity is never individual, but rather it is about a team process, made up of different profiles with different ideas.
This meeting precedes the launch of a Program for the Creation and Consolidation of Companies, carried out by EAA Grants, in collaboration with Madrid Emprende. Through it, training will be offered over 8 weeks to the women responsible for the selected projects.
The Women Entrepreneurs Program
During each of these weeks, each of the areas of the company will be worked on both in general and individually, tutored, in each of the areas, by a particular and specialized professional. All this focused on being able to carry out a business plan that will allow establishing hypotheses of the situation, setting objectives and minimizing risks.
Some of the premises to be able to be part of the program, whose registration application period will remain open until next Friday, January 16, are that it is an idea that is really intended to be carried out, that there is a real possibility of working in its realization and start-up, and that it differs in some way from the rest of the businesses in its sector.
