The Community of Madrid has allocated 20 million euros to help self-employed workers and micro-SMEs who have maintained employment and carried out actions aimed at transitioning their productive activity towards a digital or environmentally friendly economy.
The Application period is open until November 10, 2023 and, as the call is from NON-competitive attendance, subsidies will be awarded in order of presentation, for a maximum of €5,000 per beneficiary, to those projects whose documentation is correctly presented as required in the call, until the end of the allocated budget of €20 million, thus There is no time to lose.
Who can apply for this subsidy?
- Self-employed people. HE excludes to corporate self-employed persons, self-employed persons working as collaborators, and self-employed persons integrated into communities of property and civil societies.
- Legal entities: microenterprises, whatever their legal form, communities of property, civil societies and collective entrepreneurship entities. They remain excluded communities of owners under a horizontal property regime or any other type of economic unit or separate property that lacks legal personality.
In both cases they must have less than ten salaried workers and with a annual turnover less than two million euros; his tax residence must be located in the Community of Madrid, and must meet the criteria job maintenance and have carried out actions of modernization of the businesses specified below.
What conditions must be met?
Maintenance of employment. The call specifies that the jobs of salaried workers must have been maintained for a period of 6 months or, if they are a self-employed worker without dependent workers, they must have remained uninterruptedly registered for 12 months, all of this prior to the date of publication of the call, that is, before the October 7, 2023.
Business modernization. Some actions or investments must have been carried out aimed at modernizing these businesses in the period between January 1, 2021 and October 7, 2023, such as:
- Personalized advice to find areas for improvement
- Theoretical or practical training in that field
- Investments in contracting web pages and developing digital communication, advertising, and sales channels.
- Installation of solar panels and other types of non-polluting and renewable energy production systems, among others.
How can I apply for the subsidy?
It will be presented exclusively through the Electronic Headquarters of the Community of Madrid.
You must present at least:
- The grant application.
- Report justifying the action or investment carried out for the productive transformation towards a digital and environmentally friendly economy.
