Every Christmas we seek to bring an original touch to the home, be it decorative with original decorations, making the best Christmas Eve menu or surprising with an impeccable look for the many meetings and celebrations typical of this time. The ultimate goal is to make the best possible impression and be the best possible host or guest every time.
For this reason, on December 4 and 11, at 7:00 p.m., Canal Cocina and Canal Decasa, with the support of the Madrid City Council, hold two Roadshows in Madrid in which they will offer the best tips and tricks to succeed during Christmas dates. 'How well you eat here! Gastrotour Canal Cocina' and '¡Bienvenido a Casa!', which will arrive in the capital at the hands of chef Sergio Fernández, restaurateur Chus Cano, shopping and styling expert Laura Opazo, and dermo-cosmetic specialist Victoria Moradell.
The appointments will take place in La Casa del Reloj de Matadero (Paseo de la Chopera, 14), a space with a capacity of around 300 people. Both activities have the collaboration of the Madrid City Council, through the General Directorate of Commerce and Entrepreneurship, in order to promote and encourage local trade and food markets, as well as pay homage to the typical gastronomy of the place.
On Monday, December 4, at 7:00 p.m., Canal Cocina celebrates 'How well you eat here! Gastrotour Canal Cocina', an event that will be led by chef Sergio Fernández ('We cook with you') who will wink at municipal markets de Madrid and its products, paying special attention to seasonal products. During the event, the chef will suggest options for dishes to surprise at Christmas.
And, on Monday, December 11 at 7:00 p.m., Chus Cano, Laura Opazo and Victoria Moradell will be the presenters of ¡Bienvenido a Casa! Each of them will share their tips and tricks on decoration, fashion and beauty with attendees.
