Seminar CREATE AND MANAGE AN ONLINE BUSINESS organized between Banco Sabadell and Madrid Emprende at Madrid International LAB. A review was given of the current situation of Electronic Commerce and the most relevant aspects that a company must consider for the creation and marketing of a virtual store (strategy, legal issues, technology, marketing, analytics, logistics,). Among them, greater detail was given about one of the pillars of eCommerce: payment management. Charging for e-commerce purchases is not just about installing a Virtual POS; There are multiple aspects (fraud prevention, dispute of claims and returns, alternative payment systems to cards, PCI regulations, subscription payments,...) that must be taken into account and that, in some cases, directly affect the success or failure of an eCommerce project.
