The San Blas business incubator is located on floors 4 and 5 of a municipal building, it is a space of 716.80 m2 with 12 offices of different sizes between 15 and 30 m2 and common areas.
- On the fourth floor there are nine of the offices.
- On the fifth floor are the other three offices, plus the administration area, management area, multifunctional classroom, meeting room and office.
