The Villaverde business incubator is located in the El Espinillo area, in lower Villaverde. The nursery is integrated into the second floor of a municipal building.
It has an area of 624 m2 distributed in 12 offices to undertake with an average area of 21 m2, a space of free coworking which has pre-incubation spaces and shared spaces, a management office, an administration room, a meeting room, a training room and a rest room.
