The Relanza II Plan is a line of aid aimed at workers freelancers that provide their economic activity in the municipality of Madrid.
Object
Its objective is to contribute to maintenance and sustainability of its economic activity and contribute to to mitigate, as far as possible, the economic losses that crisis current economic situation has been able to generate in their companies.
Amount
The aid will consist of a subsidy amounting to 3,000 euros per applicant, non-refundable.
The total amount of the credit earmarked for this aid amounts to an amount of €5,001,000.
Beneficiaries
Would be beneficiaries of aid to self-employed workers who meet the following requirements:
- be given of high in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers (CHALLENGE) at the date of filing the application.
- Have started their economic activity from January 1, 2017.
- That the headquarters of the company or the premises where the economic activity is carried out or provided is located in the municipality of Madrid.
- have not been beneficiaries of aid to the self-employed within the framework of the Relanza Plan of the Madrid City Council in the year 2021.
- Be up to date in complying with tax obligations with the State Administration, with Social Security and with the Madrid City Council.
- Not be involved in any of the circumstances set out in article 13, sections 2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
- Comply with the obligations imposed by article 14 of the General Law of Subsidies to the beneficiaries.
- remain excluding self-employed companies (having shares or participations in the company and carrying out managerial or directive functions or working in it; self-employed workers as collaborating family members of the owner of the operation).
- In the case of communities of goods The aid must be requested by a single community member, the one who had been designated as representative by the rest.

You can also apply for face-to-face at the register of the corporate headquarters of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid (Plaza de la Independencia, 1, 28001 Madrid), from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The submission deadline of requests starts on August 3 at 00:00 hours and will remain open until September 15 at 11:59 p.m..
