Evaluation test necessary to opt for the "digital bonus" for SMEs and the self-employed

Summary

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation announced at the end of 2021 the publication of the bases that regulate the granting of aid to accelerate the digitization of SMEs and the self-employed, better known to all as the 'digital bonus'.

This is a bond, which will have a final allocation of €3 billion, and which will be used to cover the services contracted by freelancers and SMEs with between 10 and 49 workers to get one optimal digitization.

One of the essential requirements to qualify for the granting of aid from the 'digital voucher' is the completion, by SMEs and the self-employed, of a personal evaluation test or self-diagnosis, which consists of ICT questions that assess the digital knowledge of employees and the digital tools they have and use.

Once the results are obtained, the system evaluates the level, which can be classified as very low, low, high or very high. After qualification, the administration will assess the need for aid that each SME or self-employed person has at that time, their shortcomings or necessary reinforcements.

The test consists of 13 ICT questions  that they must answer in 10 minutes and they can do it as many times as they want, registering previously on the official website enabled for it: Do you want to know the degree of digitization of your SME?
