The Employment Agency offers a subsidy to promote hiring in the city of Madrid.
Object of the grant
Financial aid is offered for:
- full-time or part-time hiring
- contractual modification with increase in working hours
- renewal of employment contract including maintenance of employment of people affected by an ERTE
To whom?
To freelancers and companies less than 250 workers whose registered office is in the city of Madrid and who hire unemployed people or jobseekers registered in the city.
Amount of aid
- 3000 euros for full-time contract. This amount will have an increase of 40%, with a total amount of 4,200 euros, if you hire:
- women
- over 45 years old
- people with a minimum disability of 33%
- 1,450 euros for a part-time contract equal to or greater than 20 hours, with an increase of 40% under the same conditions indicated in the previous paragraph and a total amount of 2,030 euros.
When and how can they be requested?
Application deadline ends August 31.
The request is made through the electronic headquarters of the Madrid City Council.
