The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) has opened this call for patents and utility models, in order to encourage applications for patents and utility models 2022.
This year two programs are called, one for the promotion abroad of inventions of Spanish origin and another for the promotion of Spanish inventions. The help that are called are:
- Subsidies for the extension of a patent or utility model application abroad, which includes: application procedures, search report, examination or grant, EPO annuities and European patent validation.
- Subsidies for activities carried out within the international procedure, which includes: application procedures, international search or preliminary examination.
ANDl deadline for submission of applications ends april 5. The presentation of requests will be made via telematics, through the Electronic Headquarters of the OEPM.
