Jorge Sotelo is a founding member of Alvarez Sotelo Architects, SCP, a qualified architect, with master's degrees in graphic design and modeling and in collective housing from the department of architectural projects of the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid, has developed medium and large-scale projects in cities in South America, the United States, Eastern Europe , Qatar, China, Switzerland or Spain.

·         “Although we are entrepreneurs and we are just starting out, we all have professional background and experience that can add value to our business: in our case, the premise and maxim of work was to communicate the care in detail of our projects” 

·         “Hacer las cosas bien, de forma innovadora y distinguiéndonos de nuestra competencia” fue su mayor valor añadido en las primeras etapas, lo que propicio que tuvieran buena reputación y el boca a boca les trajera nuevos clientes, \”Cada proyecto es único y debe ser un sello de innovación de nuestro estudio, el ser una startup nos permite hacer cosas muy personalizadas para el cliente, es nuestro valor añadido\” añadieron.

·         \”Buscar colaboraciones con otros estudios ya asentados fue la forma de evolucionar a lo que queremos, hacer edificios de obra nueva, y nos permitió seguir aprendiendo de otros\”, para ellos es prioritario formarse de forma continua para mantenerse en el mercado.

·         Es prioritario, \”definir de forma clara nuestros productos y servicios y tener una imagen que nos identifique (logo e imagen corporativa) es clave para ser reconocidos\”.

·         \”Nuestro servicio personalizado e innovador nos permitió conseguir posicionarnos, encontrar un nicho de mercado, de esta forma alcanzamos una estabilidad económica\” subrayaron, \”Entregamos un dossier de todo el proceso de la obra, con fotos del antes y el después, siendo una herramienta de marketing boca a boca muy efectivo para captar nuevos clientes\”.
