The cycle of Coffee Break's "Dual FP in new companies" organized in the Viveros Network ends

On July 15, it closed in the Villaverde business incubator the cycle Coffee Break's “Dual FP in new companies” with the sixth and last of the networking sessions in which experiences have been exchanged on this new training system

For two weeks, these meetings have toured the spaces of the Nursery Network of the Madrid City Council with the aim of offering hosted companies and graduates from each of the Incubators, as well as SMEs and micro-SMEs, and educational centers, a space to learn about the Dual Vocational Training model and exchange knowledge and experiences.

The first meeting took place on June 28 at the Carabanchel Nursery, followed by the Nurseries of Moratalaz, Saint Blaise, Vicalvaro, Vallecas Bridge and Villaverde , and in all of them the City of Madrid together with the Alliance for Dual Vocational Training, the Bertelsmann Foundation and CEIM Business Confederation of Madrid-CEOE.

In these six days in which the educational centers have recounted their experiences GSD The Luck, Father Piquer, IES Santa Engracia and High School Virgin of the Dove, and companies infoemployment, SERIES, Arvatus, Dragon and Theresa Palazuelo, the benefits provided by Dual Vocational Training have been highlighted, both for the company and for the training center, as it is a real rapprochement between the world of work and training, identifying development possibilities.

With dual VT, companies can adapt the academic curriculum to their training needs and thus become companies that provide training content with curricular value. In addition, it has been made clear during the conference that the cost of having Dual VET students in the company is generally positive, since the investment paid has a real return, assuming a viable solution to the expansion process of new companies.

The Network of Business Incubators is a great instrument for the growth of companies, with guarantees of sustainability, and Dual Vocational Training can be a great solution for these companies to find and model professionals adapted to their needs.
