The first presentation of the day was «Economic impact on entrepreneurship in Europe", in charge of Borja Vivanco, technician of Inveslan, an entity adhered to the Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment Strategy 2016.
Next Raul Onaindia, responsible for the Department of Business Incubators of the University of Deusteither, spoke of «The value of a good relationship. A real praxis: the University of Deusto».
The last part of the day consisted of a round table entitled «Young entrepreneurship and economic recovery«, in which Raúl Onaindia participated; Pedro Gonzalez Torroba; as well as Juan Merino, president of CEAJE as moderator; Y David Basil, Vice President of AJE Madrid (Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Madrid).
In his speech, Pedro González Torroba explained the services that Madrid Emprende offers to entrepreneurs. Pedro González said that "Madrid is an open city, the single window serves any citizen, whether or not they reside in Madrid", and in reference to the Smart City concept he opined that "the development of cities no longer passes through municipal technicians, but by the citizens”.
Raúl Onaindia considered that the relationship network is one of the keys to the success of a project, since "a good relationship network makes your startup more solid."
The day was closed by the president of the CEOE, John Rosell, who valued the role of new entrepreneurs and highlighted the importance of generational change so that new ideas arrive.
