On October 22, the 2nd edition of the Madrid Fashion Tech fashion show will be held, organized by the Madrid City Council and the managing body of the Vivero de Empresas of Puente de Vallecas, in collaboration with The Shopping Stage and Ifema. This catwalk is characterized by focusing its attention on the new technologies that are created around the world of Fashion and Design. The proliferation of the use of the internet, social networks and the generalization of the use of new technologies have brought about a real revolution for different sectors, and the world of Fashion and Clothing is no exception.
With this catwalk, Madrid City Council offers its support to recently created business projects in the fashion and technology sectors, promoting the city as a focus of innovation and creation of synergies between sectors.
The Vivero de Empresas of Puente de Vallecas is oriented towards fashion and design projects. Since its opening there have been 6 editions of fashion shows with different themes, this being the second edition of the show focusing on the technological aspect.
The fashion firms present at this edition are: Guillen and Bayona, K-Kou, María Lafuente and Shingo Sato students. The accessories are in charge of BSO Joyas, LACAMBRA, Miss Espartinas and Norriss Glasses,
Among the technology companies that present their products on this catwalk are Metrikea (analysis of customer behavior in the physical space), RBS (improvement of daily management through the implementation of technology and processes at the point of sale ), YUNEEK (Drones) and WEF (Arduino).
On this occasion, Madrid Fashion Tech has invited Lola Rúa and the Efémera team, who will create one of their showcases that can be seen during the event.
