With the aim of digitizing and improving competitiveness and customer service in retail, the Madrid City Council and SECOT are collaborating to launch training workshops on digital tools that provide retail commerce with a more connected future with the consumer so that they can publicize their manufacturing processes, serve as another sales channel or connect with a larger audience.
The first five sessions are already scheduled:
- Social networks (February 22)
- Internet sale (22 March)
- Strategies and means of internet sales (20 April)
- cybersecurity (May 17)
- Lean Start-up (8 June)
