The Government of Spain has launched the program digital-kit whose objective is to facilitate the digitization of small businesses, micro-businesses and self-employed people, subsidizing the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.
If you meet the conditions established in the bases of the Digital Kit aid call, you will be able to have a digital voucher that will allow you to access digitization solutions.
Who can ask for help today?
At the moment, the aid is only available to companies with between 10 and 49 workers and that meet these four requirements:
- Being registered as a self-employed worker, company or micro-enterprise
- You cannot have debts with Social Security or the Treasury
- Be at least 2 years old
- It cannot be a “company in crisis”
The aid for companies with less than 10 employees will be opened soon.
What do the aids consist of?
The objective of the subsidy is to implement computer and digital solutions to advance and improve the services that the company offers its clients, through the collection of a subsidy of up to 12,000 euros
The expenses incurred by the beneficiary for the adoption of digitization solutions will be eligible:
- Web and Internet presence
- electronic commerce
- Social media management
- Customer Management
- Business intelligence and analytics
- Process management
- Electronic bill
- Virtual Office services and tools
- secure communications
- cybersecurity
