The network of business incubators is made up of 7 centers aimed at promotion of entrepreneurial initiatives.
The business incubators of Carabanchel, Moratalaz, Puente de Vallecas, San Blas, Vicálvaro and Villaverde, combine the use of offices with advice on business management and the provision of common services to cover the basic needs of new companies during the first years of their life, through the payment of a public price approved by the plenary session of the Madrid City Council. Authorizations for the use of offices are granted for a period of four years.

In business incubators, they offer Programs of acceleration with advanced and personalized advice, including mentoring, coaching And training. Its objective is to accelerate the launch or consolidation of companies with an innovative approach, with a vocation for growth, scalability and international vision.
In addition, each of the nurseries makes 2 annual calls for companies outside the nurseries of the municipal network.

MADRID FOOD INNOVATION HUB
The seventh nursery that integrates the network is Madrid Food Innovation Hub, the first food entrepreneurship center from Madrid. A pioneering initiative focused on promoting innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the entire agri-food value chain. It is the nerve center of all FoodTech entrepreneurship in the region.
The startups of the sector can participate in the incubation and acceleration programs from the center, they will have access to the best mentors to boost their businesses, in addition to being able to use the facilities of more than 300 m2 for free, which include a coworking space and a fully equipped kitchen-laboratory.

You can now request access to the entrepreneurship support services in the offices of the business incubators of Carabanchel, Moratalaz, Vallecas Bridge, San Blas, Vicálvaro, and Villaverde, through this link: Call for access to entrepreneurship support services in the network of business incubators (face-to-face and online processing).
You can use the office for 4 years, provided with basic furniture. The public price includes reception, surveillance and security services, cleaning and maintenance, as well as the cost of water, electricity and air conditioning. You can make use of the common areas, meeting rooms or multifunctional room and, in addition, they have technical advice, business training and information on aid and subsidy programs and advertising channels for your business.
The monthly amount of the public price will be the result of multiplying the number of square meters of the office by 7.15 euros during the first year, and by 9.53 euros from the second to the fourth year (see Annex I: public price).
For example, for an office of 20.99 m2 you would pay 181.60 euros per month (VAT included) during the first year. For an office of 41.64 m2 the amount would be 360.25 euros.
In addition, when the majority of the promoters of the business project are women, a discount of 20% is applied to them on the public price.
